Wix Nexus (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs Wix websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and during client projects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and do our work, and we never sell your information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your business name (optional)
- Whether you currently have a website
- Anything you choose to include in your message
Your message is emailed to us and a copy is stored securely in our website’s admin area, so it isn’t lost if an email fails. We also send you an automatic email confirming we received your message.
If you contact us by email, phone, or through Upwork, Fiverr, Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive whatever information you choose to share there. Messages sent through those platforms are also subject to their own privacy policies.
Project information. If you become a client, you may share content for your website (text, photos, logos, service details, prices) and, where needed, access to accounts such as your Wix account or domain registrar.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your message and discuss your website project
- To prepare a quote and deliver the services you ask for
- To communicate with you during your project and provide support
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.
3. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies for logged-in site administrators only.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is shared with Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
If we add analytics or other tools in the future, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed for them to provide their service
- With Wix, when building or managing a website on your Wix account
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
5. Your website on Wix
Websites we build for clients are hosted by Wix. Information collected by your website (for example booking details or form submissions from your customers) is stored on Wix and is subject to Wix’s Privacy Policy. As the website owner, you are responsible for your own site’s privacy policy. We’re happy to help you set one up.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and project information only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, provide support, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
7. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that’s wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. To make any request, email us at mtayyabali536@gmail.com or send us a message. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to people who need it. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
