These terms apply when you use the Wix Nexus website or hire Wix Nexus (“we”, “us”, “our”) to design and build a website. If you become a client, the quote or agreement we send you forms part of these terms. Where the two differ, your quote or agreement wins.
1. Our services
We design and build Wix websites for small businesses. Depending on your project, this can include website design, SEO setup, booking system integration, custom dashboards, and support during your project. The exact scope of your project is described in your quote.
Hiring us through Upwork or Fiverr. If you hire us through Upwork or Fiverr, that platform’s terms (including its payment, dispute and refund rules) apply to the contract and payment. Where they conflict with these terms, the platform’s terms take priority.
2. Quotes, pricing and payment
- Our websites typically cost between $500 and $1,000, depending on size and features.
- Before any work begins, we’ll send you a written quote that describes what’s included and the price.
- Payment terms, including any deposit and due dates, are stated in your quote.
- Work outside the agreed scope (for example extra pages or features added later) may be quoted separately. We’ll always ask before doing any extra paid work.
3. Third-party costs
Your website runs on third-party services that bill you directly. Unless your quote says otherwise, our price does not include:
- Wix premium plan or subscription fees
- Domain name registration or renewal
- Paid apps, email hosting, or payment processing fees
We’re happy to explain which of these your project needs before you start.
4. Timelines
Most websites are completed within 10–20 days. This timeline depends on receiving your content, feedback and any account access we need on time. If we’re waiting on something from you, the timeline moves accordingly. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, information and feedback we need in a reasonable time
- Make sure you have the right to use any content you give us (text, photos, logos)
- Review your website before launch and let us know about any changes
- Keep your own account logins secure after handover
6. Results and SEO
We build every website with SEO best practices and features designed to generate inquiries and bookings. However, search rankings are controlled by search engines, and results depend on factors outside our control, such as your industry, location and competition. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. Clients typically start seeing real results within about 4 months of launch, but this is not a guarantee.
7. Support and communication
We provide unlimited support and communication throughout your project. Any support after launch is described in your quote or agreed separately.
8. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the content and design created for your website. Your website stays on your own Wix account. The Wix platform, templates and apps remain the property of Wix and their respective owners and are subject to their terms. We will only feature your website in our portfolio with your permission.
9. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about our services. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission, or misuse the site (for example by sending spam through our contact form). How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by third-party platforms, including Wix.
11. Cancellation
If either of us needs to end a project early, we’ll talk it through first. Any refund or payment for work already completed will follow the terms in your quote.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you accept your quote applies to your project.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Province, Country].
